I was awakened two nights, or two mornings ago, at 1 a.m. My clients called me to say that they were locked out of their house and could I let them in. Apparently, someone had shown the house, and locked the door from the garage to the house.
They decided to go to Las Vegas on the spur of the moment and did not bring the house key, they use the garage opener.
I have learned 3 things:
1. Always put a sign on the door not to lock
2. Have a hide-a-key somewhere
3. Have a great sense of humor!

Oh wow, Pamela. That is too funny. I can only imagine those poor peoples' faces when they got home. Not to mention how embarrassed they must have been to call you.
nice of you to do this for them.. also make sure if they ever go out of town to let us know if/when the alarm is going to be set.. as I did at one showing where the folks were 2 states away and had not told a sole that one they had an alarm and two how to stop it..
Wow. That's a new one. Haven't had that happen in 24 years in this business. Now that I've said that I'll probably have a client do that.
