Being in vacation and event spot means that you get mighty competition. I remember my lazy photos of Shuttle launch made from Ponce Inlet, and before I got down to my condo from the garage, which was couple of minutes, and wrote a short blog, I was stunned to see a blog post already published by Gary Woltal, and boy, what a phenomenal photo of this Shuttle did he have there.
I have never been that close to the Shuttle in my life. It felt like he was with the crew there, so freaking close, that you sort of could see it not only this up close, but feel the thunder…
He beat me big time…
Yesterday I saw a photo of the beach, and right away I knew it was MY beach. Read the post, and yep, Mike Cooper descended on the Beach in Daytona Beach Shores, where I live. Imagine what he would do having 2 weeks vacation? :)
So, guys, for the next 2 weeks you will have the double share of photos from Daytona Beach Shores, the place I call home and Mike calls vacation home.
Looks like we will have a mini meet-up with Mike at a Thai place, the food is good but spicy there, so do not be surprised if our photos come out a bit blurry.
But for now here are my two photos taken Saturday. It was a bit windy but perfect weather. Water in the ocean is 78F (25C).
If you are looking for a place to retire or a perfect vacation condo, call me 386-405-4408. (Do not call Mike, he is on the Beach :)
