In South Florisda listings continue to drop, sales continue to rise. So far this year has been stronger than the last 5 years. I haven't felt as much confidence from consumers and agents alike in many many years.
Last week I sold a listing at full price and things we see multiple offer scenerios more often. I'm not saying that real estate sales are falling from the sky like rain drops, but things are looking up and this chart is a good representation of that.
