The LOCAL Real Estate Market is on an UPSWING for the 4th consecutive week. The number of homes that have received offers to purchase is 2x the number of homes that are coming on the market.
We are starting to see homes sell within just days of coming on the market, getting multiple offers and selling for more than the listed price.
Sales for Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville and the rest of the Eastside are brisk.
