Liberty remains one of the most desirable destinations, not just locally, but nation wide! Liberty ranks #7 on CNN Money’s “Best Cities to Live in 2011.”
Liberty’s median 3 bedroom price is up 5.1% year-over-year. The average sales price of a home in Liberty was $155,229 in 2011 (compared to Parkview Meadows average of $182,000 in 2011). Parkview Meadows is selling QUICK, with the recent contract at 944 Wellington (which I am happy to be a part of that transaction) was on the market less than 3 weeks!)
