The proposed Boardwalk Condominiom Suites is one step closer to completion. Everlast Group, the developer has completed a 2 bedroom model, 'The Essex' inside the former YMCA on King St. in Downtown Chatham.The Preview Centre is not yet open to the public. Spokesperson for the group has indicated that this will happen in the next couple of weeks.
There was a private showing for city dignitaries only the first week of May. I did however get a sneak preview and it is fantastic.
