The news always seems so negative.The markets are offering some great oppotunities for those buyers who have a good credit history or have the cash to purchase. The statistics for my area in Northern Maine are showing a 5.58 % decrease year to date and October figures show a decrease of 7.26 % far better than the national data showing 20+ % decrease.
