Checking out the list to sales price ratio for detached homes in Springfield VA yielded a little surprise. For April 2012 it appears that all three Springfield VA zip codes, 22151, 22152 and 22153 ended up with the close to the same percentage.

With days on running between 30 to 60 days it appears the lower inventory is keeping demand high.
