We knew it was coming but now we have a date.  Post Falls officially will be ineligible for USDA Guarantee Loans effective October 1^st 2012.  The impact on both Buyers & Sellers is huge.  Data collected for 2011 showed that over 60% of Post Falls transactions were completed with USDA funds.
