Florida Real Estate License

Getting my Florida real estate license is something I have wanted to do for a long time.  Ever since my grandfather purchased property on Longboat Key and we vacationed there every single year, I have loved Florida and specifically Florida Real Estate.  Fishers and Central Indiana will always be where I run my business and practice real estate, but it will be nice to finally be licensed in Florida.  Hopefully I can help some family, friends, clients, and myself purchase real estate in Florida in the years to come, as well as running my full service business in Fishers.  Luckily Indiana is one of the 8 states that has reciprocal licenses with Florida so getting licensed there has not been to difficult.  After paying some fees and doing some paperwork, all that is left is to pass the Florida law portion of their exam.  If you have any family or friends looking to buy on the Central West Coast of Florida, be sure to let me know!
