Steve,

Beautiful colors. Not sure whether I like the yellow or red better. Very good. :)

Steve:  Such a gorgeous flower.  I hear that Fort Worth Real Estate is blooming, as well.  Just seeing that word "blooming" though... makes me not think of real estate, but of going to Outback Steak House for a Bloomin' Onion.  Those things are sooo good.

Again... great photo.

And just to be in keeping with the blooming theme... the graphic word to subscribe to this post was kumquat," and the graphic to submit this comment is "pimenta"... which, as we know, is a female pimento.  Isn't science wonderful.

Hi Steve,  So glad to hear the market is blooming.  Isn't Spring wonderful!  My favorite season of the year!  Hope it lasts a long time this year! :)

Did someone say "bloomin' onion"?  Oh yeah,  makes me hungry now, Karen Anne! :)

Ricki:  I just LOVE those Bloomin' Onions at Outback Steak House.  Is there one near you in Kerrville ?  If so... invite me down for a tour, and we can go to Outback and stuff ourselves silly !  Hope you are well...
