Another Email Campaign! Connecting Equals Biz!

I have started another email campaign this one via Linked in!

For those of you on Linked in please do connect with me and say hi!

So far I have connected with 244 Real Estate and related professionals in Edmonton and area, so my contact and referral network is growing by leaps and bounds!

First I sent out an invitation to join my network and when they accept; I email them a little thank you and another invitation send clients to check out my gallery page!

So far I have had 4 Realtors contact me who are interested in Fluff My House!'s pricing.

And one who loved my company's name and wanted to tell me that.

Of course there was another who wanted to know how many Realtors I worked with...

What is a good answer to that loaded question? If I say too few, I'm not well known/successful. if I say too many I'm not available... I said 4. She ended up saying she was going to stay with her current Stager. That's fine, I'm more interested in working with REA's that don't have a Stager.

I was also at a networking/trade show yesterday and one fellow recognized me from just having connected with me on Linked in.

And today when I got home I found an email from a Realtor with 2 condo's to stage, that has never worked with a Stager before!

The catch is: I have been a realtor for 10 years and have never staged before, so I haven’t a clue as to what the costs could be. Convince me it isn’t too much...

We'll see how that goes!

Once I have connected with these people a bit more, I'm going to invite them into the Rain where they can be showered with love!

Tom, Thanx! let me say first, that I got in trouble with Linked in; because I was connecting with people as 'colleagues', not 'friends' and some of them said they didn't know me, so I got 'spanked' by Linked in... Now I have to imput an email addy to connect. On the other hand I sent out over 1000 connection invites and I'm still getting responses and invitations from Realtors I haven't tried to connect with...

BU-FU, I so want to be a mover and shaker in this industry here! I love it! (I can see you doing the shimmy as you wrote that!) lol :D

Sharon, I'm trying a new plan every week! Something's gotta work! I have fits and starts of biz and I should be super busy because of the time of year. I figure it's because not enough people know me... I'm trying to change that.

Sharon (too)! I've had 4 or 5 requests for my pdf, so if they are putting it in their client packages like I've invited them to, then that will be a great coup!

Sal Gal! I have had a few email convo's with the 10 yr Realtor and her last comment to me after we established we are going to meet tomorrow for lunch, was that she: 'knows her clients won't see the value of Staging but I do'! Great news! I've talked to my furniture guy, David, and we're both willing to give a discount to her to get our feet in the door... then she'll see what we can do in person!
