In other words, say you find a great property that is not being advertised online by the listing agent. How about making up a VFlyer to post with your contact info. as a buyer's agent. You could still list their name and office as the listing agent/office.
I am considering this, as many agents simply do not market their listings very well at all.
I was thinking that it would be best to call the listing agent up and ask their permission to do this. I can't see any reason why they would refuse such an offer since you are bringing value to them and their clients. I could offer to e-mail them at the end of the month with stats that VFlyer provides, which would help them look good to their sellers.
So, here's the clincher...what could I ask from them in return, if anything. I mean, as a buyer's agent, I am primarily looking for buyers, but what might be reasonable to ask for in return for my marketing efforts?
Anyone doing this? Ideas...thoughts...comments???
