Starting at 1821 High Sun Drive Florissant Mo 63031 in the Sunset Park Condominium complex then 207 Anistasia Drive Hazelwood Mo 63135 in the Burke City development and finally 10254 Driver Ave St Louis Mo 63114 in the Midland View development.
What I find very interesting is my customer has been looking to lease a home in the Saint Louis area for a few weeks now and we have found plenty of rental homes to choose from. As of late ALL the homes we are looking to possibly lease are for lease and FOR SALE.
There seems to be a turn in the real estate mindset of the property owners in the Saint Louis real estate market. It is either the REALTORS® advising to offer the property for lease and FOR SALE or the owners wanting to possibly cash out in the real estate boom of May 2012.
