Main Street Farmers’ Market

What:  Starting at 10am, enjoy a selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables, locally made pastries and pies, and much more.

 

Taste of Wheaton

What:  Sample an assortment of food from a variety of restaurants in downtown Wheaton.  Live music will be performed by The Nighthawks (Roots Rock, Blues) Grupo Latino Continental (Latin) Elikeh (Roots Afropop) 8 Ohms Band (Funk, R&B) Gina DeSimone and The Moaners (Blues, Swing) Live band karaoke featuring Harikaraoke.  Kids can enjoy arts and crafts, face painting, caricature drawings, and balloon sculptures.  This is a free event.

What:  Based on the popular television hit for toddlers, enjoy a six-week journey using the map, the backpack, and the rule of three tasks.

 

Five Little Monkeys

What:  A zany play based on the children’s story about five silly, independent siblings whose antics bring on monkey mayhem.

 

Rapunzel

When:  May 18 – 20

What:  Rapunzel lives in a faraway tower, until she is recued by Prince Brian.  The two plot an escape and run off to exciting and musical adventures together.  Recommended for ages 4+.
