I received a call recently from a Renovator. A project was nearing completion and they wanted to stage the home for sale.
We went through the house together discussing each area and the finishing touches they had planned.
Together we chose the pieces to be used in each room.
Staging pulled these rooms together and now Buyers will have no trouble seeing their lifestyle fitting into this home.
The fireplace is the first thing you see when entering the home.
