Good points, however, it is not a matter of being a good buyer's agent to show FSBO but our duty to our clients to research any home that meets their criteria.

Ray makes perfect sence if you are buying why  would you want to use some one who is representing the other side . Just does not make sence , and of course you make some other great points Raj
