Shiela, have you posted listings on Craigs List? Simply post the price and 1 or 2 other things about your listings on craigs list and then do a link to your website with the full listing info. It takes only about 2 minutes for each listing and is so easy. I helped a Realtor do this with all his listings and saw his numbers climb dramatically till he surpassed all the other Realtors in his office in hits. Blogging here will help too! Here is a good way to set up codes in your my settings to get more traffic on your blog. Brad Anderson wrote it and did a great job.

 Try adding original content because I have found that it  helps move your raw score in google and other search engines.  A viritual assitant can write the content if that is not your thing.  Also add information about the communities you serve.  Hope this helps.

You can funnel a few more by being a sponsor on search engines like MSN or Google.  It cost a little more to purchase keywords that would funnel more but if you budget and pick you word wisely it can work.

Something that you write about on put it on your site.  So, that it is not canned. I rewrote my homepage for starter so that it is different.  The raw score is better than  than paying to advertise on their site for placement.  There are virtual assistants that  will help you with writing.  Call the website company that is hosting your site maybe they can help.  Thanks for the compliment of my site.  If I can be of any further help let me know.

Your site is very professional, great look and feel! The only thing I could add would be that "less is more". Maybe minimize the number of links and keep the homepage content so that the viewer does not have to scroll down. Maybe have the person managing the content on your site set up drop down bars on your links so you can catagorize them into 5 or 6 main catagories that when you hover your mouse over unfold revealing all the links in that catagory. So instead of 20 links you have 5 catagories that unfold 4 links each.
