This looks like an exceptional value given your photographs and the fact there is a two car garage. Best of luck in a quick sale. Give interest rates today, the monthly payment on this home could be cheaper than rent. It would be in our immunity.

What a pretty townhome. I especially like the floors and the kitchen. Except the microwave. Why do builders insist on putting microwaves out of the reach of us people who are five-feet tall and under. I have to stand on my tippy toes to look inside when they are up so high. I don't like them below the counter either; hard on the back. They put platforms under front loading washers and dryers nowadays, why can't they do the same for microwaves and dishwashers?

Elizabeth:  My biggest pet peeve with the microwaves is that they also serve as an exhaust vent for the cooktops.  All that does is splatter grease on those gorgeous kitchen cabinets.  It's poor design all around. I'm starting to see new construction with microwaves below the counter and an actual hood that exhausts OUT of the kitchen.  Imagine that.  Both of our microwave issues solved just like that.
