It is clear the real estate market is improving. As a way to illustrate this, let me detail several deals I have closed in May or will close in June. I have had or will have 4 closings in May. Of those, 3 deals have involved multiple offers and 2 sold for over list price. The 2 deals under contract which will close in June, also show the same signs. The one was a multiple offer situation and the one that was not is for buyers who previously lost out on a multiple offer situation.
