Is Your Home Priced too High?

By

Are you not getting any showings on your home?  Has your realtor talked to you about lowering the price?  Is your realtor telling you that they are not getting any calls on your home either?  That means only one thing.  Your home is priced too high.  I know that you have a lot of feelings about your home and that it means the world to you, however, if you are serious about selling your home you need to listen to your realtor.

I realize that there are those sellers who cannot come down on their price because then they would have to bring money to the table.  Just understand that it is the price of the home, not the realtor, and that is why it is not selling.

It is important to understand what your priorities are.  Is moving the priority or is making money?  Wouldn't doing both be great?

Ask your realtor to do a current CMA and see where your house is on the report.  Then, the both of you can discuss what the best price should be.  It takes both of you to get your home sold.
