Realtors and Reardon York Properties partner in Children's Playhouse Raffle to benefit the popular charity.
Crye-Leike's Atlanta Realtors at the atlanta real estate company's Woodstock, GA - Cobb/Cherokee branch are celebrating the success of their biggest fundraiser to date. Their fundraising raffle of a children's playhouse courtesy of Reardon York Properties, to benefit Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, generated $2,000.00 for the charity."We want to thank everyone who purchased a raffle ticket and our sales associates who worked so hard to sell them," said Jennifer Mansell, Crye-Leike Managing Broker of the Woodstock, GA Cobb/Cherokee office. "I'm thrilled to announce that the winner of the playhouse is Tom Sims of Canton Georgia and the winning ticket was sold by sales associate Glenn Sweeney of the Cobb/Cherokee office."

- It is a 6-foot long, 6 1/2-foot wide cream-colored playhouse.
- The exterior of the playhouse is complete with shaker shingles, a burgundy door, and a small front porch.
- The interior has bead board, crown molding and a custom-made window with locks.
How will the money be used?
"The money we donate from the raffle will help build a new 50-bedroom Ronald McDonald House near Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston," Mansell said. "We're excited to be working with the Ronald McDonald Houses because they provide a much needed home away from home for sick children receiving medical treatment at local hospitals."
The winning ticket was drawn by builder John Morgenstern of Reardon York Properties at the Cobb/Cherokee office, located at 13190 Highway 92 in Woodstock. The number one ticket seller was Crye-Leike, Realtors Broker Betty Allen.
Crye-Leike assists buyers and sellers with Atlanta real estate, as well as real estate services in other areas.
