Spring Cleaning Checklist For You

By
Real Estate Agent with First Team Real Estate Inc.

It's not too late to do your spring cleaning if you haven't already.  Many people get so busy that it's summer by the time they get to it.  If that's the case with you, here is a handy checklist to help you get it done.

Kitchen:

Dust and vacuum your refridgerator coils - This can not only save you money by your fridge running more efficiently, it can also years to the life of your refridgerator.

Defrost freezer and/or deep freeze - I know, I know.  Many people dread doing this, but it's good for keeping tabs on what you have and is good for your freezer, too:)

Bedroom:

Rotate bed and change blankets - This will make your mattress last longer...and you probably don't need that thick comforter this time of year.

Clean pillows - Hard to believe, but this is one that often is missed by people.  Most pillows can be machine-washed, and this will get rid of any bacteria or mold, as well as making them smell nice and fresh.

Update Your First Aid Kit - Make sure you are stocked on band-aids, gauze bandages, ointments like neosporin, and a list of emergency phone numbers.  It also wouldn't hurt to check your medicine cabinet while you're at it and get rid of expired medications.

This is just part of the list.  To view the rest of this handy checklist, please visit my Ann Stefanucci website and click on "Ask Ann"...that's my blog page:)
