Does your home say "Welcome?"

By
Real Estate Agent with Janisch & Co. 0396361

welcome rabbitHow important is it that your house say "Welcome."

We believe that it is essential especially in this world of competing listings.

Even when the house is on the open market it is nice for it to have a positive street appeal.

Frequently we pass homes whose landscapes make me smile.  Those are the kind of listings we all wish for.

As for other welcoming touches, we have a personable bunny and a hand painted door mat.

The Friendly wreath on the door furthers the feeling of friendliness to make prospects know we are glad they have come to take a look.

Those inviting Homes that give Buyers a warm Welcoming feeling always puts them in right frame of mind.  If it looks Great on the outside, buyers can't wait to see the interior.

Curb appeal is definitely highly important when you're listing a home. It's the first thing a potential buyer will notice and can make a home stand out!
