Dena,  Great to know your numbers.  How far from Vail are you?  My brother lives there although he travels a bit in other parts of Eagle County, CO.  I'm surprised the prices are so low for a ton of acres.  Maybe out there it isn't a large ranch.  40 acres would be nice size in this part of Michigan.

Karen, Pueblo is far and gone from Vail 4-5 hours. Pueblo is still one of the most affordable places around in my opinion. We are still close to the mountains and the large cities, just without the prices.
