As I see it . . . . . . .
Are you stubborn or are you passionate?
A stubborn person will stick with what they’re doing beyond the point of no return and will ratter crash and burn than give up.
A passionate person with pursue what they’re doing with great enthusiasum. They will keep their focus on the big picture and on achieving the desired outcome. They will remain flexible in their approach and make the course corrections along the way to reach their objectives.
Stubbornness of purpose can be a good thing, going pass the point of no return can be counter-productive. Be stubborn uses a vast amount of resources and energy going down the wrong path of no productive results.
Have the stubbornness to successful in what you’re doing, have the passion and enthusiasum to do what you’re doing well and to make the course correction to keep you going in the right direction.
Know when you have reached a point of no return and when it’s time to move on and to put your resources and energy into sometime that will have a positive impact on you and your career.
Are you stubborn or are you passionate in achieving the desired outcome?
