So, Miss Sondra, didcha get that deer barrier up yet?  They are so beautiful! I guess I ought to be perusing all of the marketing numbers, but frankly, I love your photos.

Great report. I see the average number of days is also going down.

Our plans are set, and we are coming to The Springs over Thanksgiving. Let's meet up.

Very informative rural large acreage suburbia report there Sondra out of the South Denver MLS. The more units sold in faster time is good for the sellers and lower overall prices year to year makes things more affordable too for the buyers. Notice how the three cities of Parker, Elizabeth, and Franktown dominated the sales. Must be the HOT places to be I would imagine. Wonderful perspective photo with the rolling hills and the telephone poles.

Excellent report.  Prospective purchasers should be pleased to find the very affordable prices for horse properties.  This spring is a wonderful time to take advantage of the record low mortgage interest rates.
