This market report covers the southern part of the Denver, Colorado Metro. It included ONLY properties sold that had at least five acres that were located in either Douglas or Elbert counties.
As you will see, the number of sales from January 1 through May 21, has increased somewhat. Homes with land is selling. Many of these properties were horse properties.
Note: This area is fairly diverse. A number of the towns, such as Parker and Littleton fall within the boundaries of more than one county.

Smaller towns naturally have fewer listings. The inventory in some areas is comparatively low. Detailed horse property market reports for the more active areas will be forth coming.
