Is cash really king?
When I made my offer today on this house it was cash. Do you folks, as Realtors, feel cash makes that much of a difference? My Realtor told me that is isn't really that big of a difference. He suggested I can use my cash as leverage by offering a 15 to 21 day close. He also suggested a shorter inspection period. Another suggestion was to put $200,000 in escrow down with the offer to show the seller I am for real. Any other suggestions?
