Canadian Lakes is located East of the 131 expressway approximately 9 miles East from the 8 Mile Road exit, which happens to be exit number 131. Go east on 8 Mile until it ends, go left and the road will curve into Buchanan Rd, which takes you into the heart of the Canadian Lakes area. There are many homes for sale in the area, if you happen to be looking. A fantastic resort area - especially if you like golf, but many recreational opportunities abound!
