When should I list my house?

NOW!! Now is the time to list your home for sale. If we all had a crystal ball, we would know when the right buyer for our homes would come along. But since we don't, anytime you are not on the market, you can be missing that buyer. Sellers often ask, should I wait for the spring? Reality is, people buy homes all year long, not just in the Spring and you can also avoid tons of competition by being on the market when no one else is! Lorena: Actually, the best time to list your house would have been last week. Or the week before. Especially if you are "buying up." And I say that because the market is improving. Get yourself out there before the market comes around even more.

The rates are incredible, and the amount of home for the money is amazing.
