Northwest Las Vegas Home Sales: Average and Median Prices - April 2012
Home prices in northwest Las Vegas continued to move up in April with average prices rising $3,252, while the median selling price increased 2.23% to $125,950. The number of northwest Las Vegas homes sold is up 7.09% year over year, with 574 homes sold in April of 2012 compared to 536 sales in 2011.
