I know there are some great things being done with this HARP 2.0 program but I'm looking forward to see what the next version will hold. There are still a large percentage of the home owning population that are not able to refinance.  The Gov needs to force the "Big Banks" to participate and not require same-investor guidelines like we see alot of still.

My 2 Cents, Thanks!

Yes Joe, I agree with in that there are still a lot of homeowner's underwater on unable to refinance into the incredibly low rates we have today but in truth, how can you force someone. i.e. "Big Banks" into an over-encumbered investment?

If Fannie wants to do it whose to stop them, it's their free choice as it is with the banks not to participate.

I have little faith in the Feds ability to do anything without totally screwing up.

I feel ya brother and I appreciate your 2 cents.

Thanks for responding!
