Durango Colorado Land  Shenandoah Subdivision

Every community has their "exclusive or best" places to live, and the Shenandoah subdivision would be in that category in the Durango Colorado area.  Purchasing Durango, CO real estate can be a complex venture to navigate on your own due to issues regarding oil and gas drilling, domestic water supplies and schools to name a few.Durango land-Shenandoah subdivision-near Lake Nighthorse

The  building envelope for this 5.3 acre parcel is oriented to maximize the sweeping La Plata panorama.  Beautiful grass covered rolling lot that has numerous Ponderosa pine trees.  There are spectacular snowcapped La Plata mountain views.  North and West boundary is a cedar split rail fence.  Shenandoah Peaks is a five lot subdivision within the Shenandoah community.    The property's cul-de-sac location affords privacy along with mountain and sunset views.

This should be a very easy lot to build your dream home on.  Consider buying the adjoining lot using your IRA so you may have the utmost in privacy.

Wonderful water from the approximately 800 foot deep community well that services just 4 of the 5 lots in Shenandoah Peaks.  We have plats, well water test results, copies of the covenants and much more information; please give us a call and anyone a Team Lorenz will be happy to help you.  Very desirable location just ten minutes from historic downtown Durango.

This sounds like a wonderful place for that perfect mountain home. I'm all about the view. Anywhere around Durango is wonderful. I was just down for a short weekend visit a few weeks ago. We had a great time. Of course the drive over the passes from Ouray is always beautiful. There were a lot of seasonal waterfalls.
