“Just because you can’t be everywhere and do everything doesn’t mean you can’t be anywhere and do anything.”(Madeline Albright) from my favorite daily blog - Jack's Winning Words.
How often we all become somewhat overwhelmed by the everywhere and everything nature of this real estate business. It can be daunting to realize how much there is to do and how little time to do it. Or so it seems, sometimes. I often tell newbie agents that real estte will suck up whatever time you give it and still ask for more. The real secret to success (and peace of mind) in real estate is being disciplined enough to prioitize and work your priorities, without letting the other stuff that you just can't get to get you down. You just have to let some things go. Another key thing is to maintain some balance in life. Life is not all about work and making money.
So, th moral isn't to try to be everywhere and do everything, but to do something whereever you are and whenever you can and then get on with life.
