Long Island Attorney Review - Peter Zuckerman Uniondale NY

Peter Zuckerman in Uniondale NY is the best! I have had my short sale sellers hire him as their attorney for their short sale transactions because I know they will be in great hands!

Whenever I needed documents for the bank from Peter I would get them the same day. He is one attorney that doesn't sit behind his desk all day. He goes to court on behalf of his clients. There have been times where I would send him an email requesting something and he would text back letting me know he is in court and will get me what I need as soon as he can. He always delivers.

I don't know how he does it. I think he cloned himself because he deals with short sales and foreclosures and both are very time consuming and he makes time to return calls, emails and faxes promptly. He is well worth the money you will pay him to have him on your side.

So, when you need the best, call Peter Zuckerman at (516) 390-4644 or visit his website: Peter Zuckerman

Jackie, very nice shout out to your short sale attorney.  I do the same thing here using the services of an attorney well versed in complexities of a short sale.

He was referred to us by Century 21 as an attorney for our closing. While we had never actually retained him or had any contact with him personally, apparently he was directed to draw up the contract anyway so we went with him, even though we had three other attorney friends that could have helped us and probably cared a lot more. The Contract was done, go with it. Tentative closing date, end of February, buyers rate lock expires April 6. Should have known by the photocopied business card that he gave us at the time that perhaps this wasn't a top notch outfit, but it was just a seller's closing, no big deal. So, the buyers run a title search which comes back with two open liens. This was run on 2/11/15. My husband and I kept wondering what was taking so long, the title company, something with the title he tells us but Zuckerman says he's working on it. OK, February passes, the beginning of March, same response, middle of March, same, end of March approaches, try to call the attorney, no call backs, what is the problem? Finally on March 28, we get him only to learn the full details about the open liens and he says he's working with the buyers title company to fix it. The BUYERS title company, why would the buyers title company have any vested interest whatsoever in ensuring that my title is clear? The answer is they absolutely do not. They and Peter Zuckerman did nothing for 7 weeks, oh excuse me let me be accurate. Zuckerman had the title company call Bank of America once a week for seven weeks in an effort to get copies of the Satisfactions of Mortgage filed with the Suffolk County ClerkBut there were two liens open? I finally took control of the situation requiring multiple calls per day and in 10 days got lien releases from Chase and Bank of America. Unfortunately, by that time, Zuckerman gleefully advised that the buyer's rate lock expired on April 6th so we better hurry and get this resolved. Nice guy huh? Screw your own clients. So in the meantime, the buyer's interest rate went up and they backed out of the deal.My house is still up for sale and it appears that it has been up for a long time because of Zuckerman's mess so people arent looking at it. Zuckerman knows what he did was wrong, he even refunded our money. Then I come to find out that he was too busy to handle our transaction because he ran for public office and won, he is now a Councilperson for the Town of North Hempstead in East Hills. I pray for his constituents that he doesnt drop the ball on you all as he did on us. Peter Zuckerman I hope you treat your constituents better than your law clients.
