As I have said in several earlier blogs, Blanche Evans of Realty Times does her research and gets it straight when it comes to an analysis of the attacks that are being waged against Realtors and the Real Estate Profession. In Blanche's latest remarks titled The Real Estate Industry Strikes Back you will have a good look at the truth of what is really happening and the reaction of those around those laying siege. Again, I think all Realtors should read her column first thing every morning.

I take that back, I think she should be on the front page of every major newspaper in the country. Don't you agree?

I could not agree with you more about Blanch Evans. She was a speaker at the NAR convention last fall and I sat in on her last program. Someone as visionary and insightful as Blanche Evans should have had people standing in the hallways. Granted, it was the last program of the day, there were not more than 20 of us in a room that could have held 150. What a shame for those that did not show up. As for those of us that did, we not only heard a wonderfully intelligent presentation it was a bit on the informal side and we were able to have some really meaningful dialogue with the woman herself. A real leader in our industry.

I'm Blanche Evans' number 1 fan. Every time I write to her I hear back within a few hours (that's true with most of the Realty Times contributors). I pick her brain and she picks mine. She's one of the brightest people in real estate I know, and I make it a point to read her column every day.

Not a fan at all. I had emailed Blanche about an "article" posted on realty times about the Las Vegas market. The "ARTICLE" was lifted entirely from my home page. I sent screen shots, links to the way back machine showing that the page had been posted a long time before the article and nothing was done ever.-Charles
