North Las Vegas Home Sales: Financing by Price Range - April 2012
Out of 633 single-family homes sold in North Las Vegas in April, 278 (43.9%) were cash sales. Cash was very popular in the under $100,000 range where it was the choice in 62.4% of sales. Well-known areas in North Las Vegas include Aliante, Eldorado, Iron Mountain Ranch, Los Prados, Silverstone Ranch and Sun City Aliante.
