REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT <> CASTLE ROCK CO 80108 

The residential real estate market in Castle Rock CO (zip code 80108) was holding steady. The number of homes sold was very similar to the prior two months.

The sold prices ranged from a low of $160,000 to $1,890,520 in December. The average days on market increased some, however it is still better than a year ago December when the average days of the market was 203.24.
