With the major lack of inventory in the Reno, Nevada housing market (Thanks to the crazy foreclosure law passed in Nevada at the end of 2011) new home builders are starting to come back strong. They are making great deals and building in 3-4 months. Here are the details of a recent contract we negotiated with the builder for our clients: South Reno, One of the best larger lots in the community, Over 2,700 sqft, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car, front & back yard landscaped, all window coverings, great upgrades like granite counters, S.S. appliances, title etc etc. All for just under $300k with a closing costs credit also....... Crazy !!
