How to make the most of your Day.
I came across Gita Bantwal's post about worry and how to not let it ruin your day. We all have bad and good days but the following post offers a positive outlook that we can all use every day.
All of us worry about things at some time or the other. It stops us from enjoying the day because we worry about what may happen . I read a poem by an Indian poet Kalidas when I was in school and though I do not remember the enitire poem, I remember the last paragraph which I had memorized .
' For yesterday is but a dream
And tomorrow is just a vision
And today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well therefore to this day!
Such is the salutation to the dawn.'
