Tropical mayhem and other interruptions!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Richard Weisser Realty

Tropical mayhem and other interruptions!Last night we experienced some intense sheer wind as an offshoot of tropical depression Beryl blasted us after midnight.

Most of the vegetable garden blew over but other than that nothing very serious resulted from the roaring blasts. It was more of an inconvenience than a catastrophe.

But these little deviations from the norm play a big part in what makes life interesting and exiting.

The awe of watching the porch swing flying in midair until restrained by its tethers will mitigate the annoyance of cleaning up the leaf and branch debris and straightening up the garden.

And this morning I am enjoying the calm after the storm! It was a wild night, but it was quite the rush!

I am invigorated and ready to go!

....Experience Isn't Expensive.... It's Priceless!

Good morning Richard,

We experienced a wild weather night evening before last, snapped a few big tree limbs...more spring storms riding through today and tomorrow.  Can't stop Mother Nature, just go with the flow!

Josh...

You're welcome.

Lisa...

It's what makes life worth living. Thanks so much.

Frank...

We got a good bit ... and some nice consistent rain after the winds subsided. Thanks.

The roar woke me up ... and the noise of the flying swing ... should have tried to get a photo of that! THANKS!

Gary...

It is very calm and relaxing this A.M. Thanks.

Richard- we've had rainy days and lately rainy afternoons but these always give us a break from the monotony. Even the little storms, just like in life, wake you up and make you take notice of what's around you.  (just as long as those little storms don't turn into hurricanes!)

Same issue in North Atlanta but maybe not quite as bad.  Vegetable garden did get a little damage but the resilience of nature is amazing.

Richard, Mother Nature has it's way of adding to our schedule in ways we might not intend :)  We've had a couple of trees drop in the last month or so, so unplanned dates with the chainsaw were in order.  Bill

Hi Richard, too bad about the vegies but it is fun to see those awesome forces  of Nature- as long as there are no catastrophes!  Glad to hear it is quiet today, though.
