Favorite Vendors? I'll bet you have some, too.
The "Supplies Guys" is a company that I have been doing business with and will certainly continue to do business with them. In the Durango real estate business we often do a lot of printing, so the cost of ink or toner etc. is something we need to be very conscientious about. Team Lorenz uses several different printers (Xerox Color Cube 8570; Epson stylus photo R-1800 [this printer uses eight different ink colors and saves me lots of money]; and a Xerox Phaser 8560) and for the Phaser and the Epson printer I buy all of my supplies for them from the Supplies Guys. Their service is exceptional. Since I always order more than $100, the shipping is free and I always get it very timely. They never send me the wrong product, and they have never shorted me any product. I couldn't tell you how many times that we have remarked how surprised we were that the product arrived so quickly. A typical comment would be "I thought we just ordered this yesterday". For the Epson inks, and I won't buy generic for this product, we shopped all over the place online and nobody matches their price. For the Phaser my contract with Xerox is up so I can now use compatibles and no one comes close to their price for that. I've actually had salesmen from other companies quote me two times the price that I am paying.
After shipments, we always receive a phone call to make sure everything was received properly but they never hound you to death asking for more orders. We have found their website very easy to navigate and place orders and in a word, actually two words I would say that we are "extremely satisfied". How many times have we tried to work with an online company and they are rude or worse yet, you can never reach any real people… You only get that ridiculous computer tree/voicemail that never seems to have the right options on it for your particular situation. Had that exact thing happen to me this morning when I had to buy something for my server. It's very easy to get frustrated but it is also so refreshing when you finally get true customer service.
