•·        Downpayment and Settlement Expense Program (DSELP) - $2500 with a $2500 match available to qualified applicants

•·        Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP) - up to $5000 through Frederick County

•·        Frederick County American Dream - up to $20,000 for downpayment and closing costs

•·        MPDU Program - homes in new subdivisions available by lottery to county residents or people who work in the county at less than market rates
