High Street in downtown Pottstown has come alive with music, vendors, and more! The first Saturday in every month through the summer is the time to be in Smith Family Plaza in the 100 block at noon. Listen to live music and browse stands selling crafts, arts, and community information.
From June to September, stay in downtown after the music for some shopping or walking on the Schuylkill River Trail, so you are here for the one of the biggest classic car shows on the east coast. Organized by the Pottstown Classics Car Club, the classic car shows fill High Street and several side streets from curb to curb with hundreds of classic cars. The best thing is that all events on First Saturdays are free to attend, with only a small fee to have a vendor booth or to display your classic car. Saturday a day to be downtown this summer!
