To all my fellow realtors,
Can anyone help me with a few tips regarding their findings with the most successful means of advertising right now. I know the internet is the place to be but I also like to find other innovative ways of reaching out to clients. As my broker states, "think outside the box". Anyone come up with anything in other parts of the country that they think will take off? Love to hear from you.

When I get a listing, I make sure neighbors on both sides of the new client get a knock on their door from me the first week my sign goes up. I tell them I'm the listing agent and want to know if they have a friend or family member who they would like to live near them. I'm really telling them I'm an aggressive salesperson and I'm the one they should hire if they want to sell their home in the near future.
Some tell me they have no friends, others thank me and tell me about family members who are looking in the area. I them send them my newsletter so they don't forget me.
That I think is the best form of advertising. What do you think?
