This is a market report for detached and semi-detached homes in Silver Spring, Md. 20906, commonly known as Aspen Hill.  Not included in this report are those homes in the senior citizen community of Rossmoor. At the time of this report (06/01/12) there are 63 such homes on the market FOR SALE, 926under contract, and another 19 that have sold in the last 30 days.
