 For the month of April 2012, Osprey Florida real estate market reports show that 22 properties were listed for sale, 5 bank owned, 0 short sale and 17 regular resale.  5 out of the 22 properties went under contract (pending) and 18 properties were sold – 3 bank owned, 2 short sale and 13 regular resale.


The price depends on the location, size of land, pool & condition of the house (handyman, move in condition, kind of floor, updated kitchen/bathroom, air-conditioner, type & age of roof, etc.)


Comparing the Real Estate Market report in Osprey FL for the months of April 2011 and April 2012, the average sold price was 23.49% up in 2012.
