Hi,Sheri,

Nice listing.  I have a listing that my sellers believed was built in 1897.  However, yesterday at the open house, a member of the Historical Society came by with a complete history of the home.  She has been researching historic homes in our county for the upcoming Centennial.  According to her research, the home was actually built in 1876.  Isn't it interesting that homes built so long ago can still be in such good condition today?  I love selling older homes.  This is by far the oldest I've listed, priced at $550,000.

Jan,

I love older homes too!  This is a beautiful piece of property.  I don't expect it to last long!  Do you have a flyer to send to me on yours?  I'd love to see it.
