PALM CITYS HORSE TALK News: June 1, 2012
I moved to Palm City Farms in 1996 to build an equestrian farm. I had been fortunate to live by the Atlantic for a few years but decided that I really was a Town and Country Girl. I remember the exciting days of the skys being so blue and jumping in the golf cart to take my position to see the Space Shuttle lift off. I have seen Palm City Farms develop into a great Town and Country subdivision of Palm City. We have beautiful properties and lush tropical surrounding with the beautiful blue sky most all time. We are also becoming a powerful equestrian community just as Wellington was when Princes Diana and Prince Charles visited.
Yes, we have grown and become beautiful. A lot of eight acres on Gator Trail came on the market. It only took one call from my customer to inform them of this beautiful location and neighborhood. We met in an hour and one hour later, I wrote the offer to purchase and close in four days. All it took was to have the perfect customer and perfect property for a sale. This property has an older building and additional structure on it that will be torn down. There are plans for a lovely new estate on this nice property. We just closed yesterday.
Congratulations to this new owner. I am so happy to have them in our community of Palm City Farms.
