Donald Trump Jr told reporters that they are looking for JV partners to enter into India. He said, we are interested in the major cities for investment, as per media reports.
Damac Properties, the largest private real estate developers in Gulf, are also looking to build luxury villas and development focusing on the top Indian cities. The recent Cityscape real estate conference in Mumbai had attracted many developers from middle-east. Though real estate in Dubai is big and grand the returns are uncertain.
